Ana Masak
President
Ana’s leadership path began with AIESEC in Sarajevo, where she helped young people develop skills through hands-on international experiences. After moving to Vienna for her Master’s in Marketing, she joined the global cosmetics industry in a strategic marketing role. Ana is passionate about youth empowerment, creativity, and career development. Through her work and volunteer efforts, she supports initiatives that prepare young people for success in an ever-changing world.
Igor Mocevic
Vice President
Igor holds a Master’s in Finance and an MBA in AI, Data & Analytics. He currently works as Head of Business Controlling at a tech-focused data center company. Outside his corporate life, Igor has been a driving force in Rotaract Wien Stadtpark, leading impactful fundraising campaigns for orphaned children, supporting school construction in Africa, and helping deliver medical equipment to hospitals in Bosnia. A Paul Harris Fellow, Igor is passionate about mentoring and guiding young adults toward confident, future-ready careers.
